Comprehensive Comfort Plan

  • $315.00 PER YEAR for standard equipment. This is a base cost; additional charges may apply and are listed under “Comprehensive Add-Ons.”
  • 2 seasonal visits per year scheduled in the spring & fall.
  • 1″ & 2″ filters included. 4″ plus filters and humidifier filters are an additional charge.
  • Includes a precision tune-up of your furnace and humidifier (if applicable) in the fall and A/C in the spring.
  • Receive a 10% discount on all parts, if needed.
  • NEVER pay additional after-hours or weekend rates.
  • Receive a reminder postcard in the mail.
  • We keep records of your equipment, filter sizes & servicing.

Comprehensive Add-Ons

  • $69.00 ADDITIONAL cost per one additional unit. This can include, but is not limited to, a furnace, A/C, fireplace, or hanging heaters.
  • $129.00 ADDITIONAL per two additional units.
  • $50.00 ADDITIONAL charge per filter change outside of the two included with the base cost.
  • $45.00 ADDITIONAL for cleaning of electronic air cleaner (EAC) filters per appointment.
  • ALL additional costs, either necessary or chosen, will be added to the base cost of the Comprehensive Comfort Plan.

All plans have an additional charge for out-of-town calls.

Precision Tune-Up of a Mini-Split System:
  • $155.00 PER VISIT which includes maintenance of the indoor and outdoor unit of a split system
  • $55.00 ADDITIONAL per head of the indoor unit
  • Cost will be specific to the type of split system, as they are not all the same; this is a time-and-material-based cost.
Add-Ons Available for the Comprehensive and Ultimate Packages:
  • Check all electrical & safety connections
  • Clean burners, ignition assembly, and flame sensor
  • Vacuum furnace interior/exterior
  • Check for proper venting
  • Check heat exchanger and gas pressure
  • Check thermostat
  • Check humidifier and change pad — if applicable. Pad is an additional charge.
  • Cleaning of electronic air cleaner cell — $90 per year
Precision Tune-Up of the A/C Includes:
  • Check electrical & safety connections
  • Clean outside condensing coil
  • Check refrigerant levels
  • Check drain system
  • Check indoor evaporator coils (if accessible). Cleaning is an additional charge.
  • Check compressor operation
  • Check thermostat
  • Cost of refrigerant is extra, if needed
